Winter Session Plan

A Spectrum Press + Rhythmic Roots Collab!

Social media has allowed me to connect with the amazing music therapists at Spectrum Press, who are absolutely so creative, innovative, and constantly creating new resources for the clients of all ages they work with. We have come together to create a free session plan for you with implementation videos, lead sheets, and visuals.

I am truly grateful for the music therapy community I have found online and for opportunities like this where we were able to tap into our individual creativity and produce something brand new to share with you all! I sincerely hope the resources below are useful to you and your practice or families. Please check out more about Spectrum Press below!

Like any other resource, this session plan is intended to be a jumping off point for your own work with your clients! Feel free to customize, change, or adapt any element to fit the individual needs of your setting. While this was created with children/adults with developmental differences in mind, this plan could work in a variety of clinical settings.
