2023 Reflections and Celebration and 2024 Intentions

Goodbye 2023! 2023 ended up being a difficult year at times for me personally but another great year for Rhythmic Roots Music Services, LLC! Thanks to all of the clients and community providers that I connect with that make my job so amazing.

Where is the time going already this year? I am behind with the new year's posts I want to share, including these incredible highlights from 2023! 🥳 Thanks to everyone who helped make these successes possible.

🟢 I was so fortunate to continue connecting with the community on 2023 through community events, groups, through supporting the Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce , and through donating to several non-profits (TACT - Teaching the Autism Community Trades , Colorado Association for Music Therapy , Autism Society of Colorado ).
🟢 Community events at HealthPRO Pediatrics , Friendship Circle of Colorado , Autism Community Store, and more!
🟢 Recital at the amazing Brewability (still need to share some highlights!)
🟢 Founded the Queenie Initiative and started providing pet loss support groups with Rainbow Sound Therapy, LLC at The Sensory Club Denver
🟢 Resource fairs: Autism Community Store Autism Society Guiding Bright Minds PASCO (Personal Assistance Services Of Colorado)
🟢 Holiday events: Sensory Friendly Concert at The Sensory Spot, LLC, Caroling at It's A Wonderful Light, Sensory Santa at HealthPro Pediatrics

Moving forward my word for 2024 is “Hope.” Last year’s word of intention was “Support,” which I believe my business was successful at in 2023. I ended up needing support in my personal life, especially when Queenie passed away, and received so much support from the community that was so appreciated. I also supported the community through several community events and my biggest donation year to non-profits in the community to date.

I chose “Hope” for 2024 because I am still processing a lot of the difficult parts of 2023, and I want my business to not only look for and manifest hope but to provide it when possible, building off the theme of support from last year.

Here’s to a year full of hope, support, possibility, and love! Thanks again to everyone who makes this business successful, collaborative, and a joy to create. Happy 2024!
